Amazing You Cleaning is a family-owned exterior cleaning company based in Port Richey, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a quote or use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately plain — we are a local cleaning company, not a data business.
When you request a free quote — by phone, by email, or through the request form on this site — we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service address, and details about the work you are asking about, such as the surface, the size of the property, or photos you choose to send.
Our online quote request form is provided by Jobber, the field-service software we use to manage estimates, scheduling, and invoicing. Information you submit through that form is transmitted to and stored in our Jobber account so we can respond to you and carry out the work. Jobber handles that data under its own privacy policy.
If you become a customer, we also keep the records needed to run the job and the account: service history, appointment dates, invoices, and payment records.
This website is hosted by WP Engine, which keeps standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding general traffic levels.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site — which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and roughly where in the world they are. Google sets cookies to do this, and the information is processed by Google on our behalf. We use it to improve the site, not to build profiles of individuals, and we do not use it for advertising or retargeting.
You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s browser opt-out add-on, or by using your browser’s own cookie and tracking controls.
Two other third-party services load content on our pages: Elfsight, which displays our Google reviews, and Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces used in our design. Because these load from their own servers, those companies may receive your IP address and basic browser information. We do not send them your name or contact details.
We use what we collect to prepare and send your quote, to ask any follow-up questions we need in order to price the job accurately, to schedule and perform the work, to invoice you, and to follow up afterward about the results or about future service.
We may contact you by phone, text, or email about a quote you requested or a job we are performing. If we ever send occasional service reminders or promotions, you can opt out at any time and we will honor that.
We share information only with the service providers who make our business run — our field-service software, our hosting provider, and our payment processor — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law, or as needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
We regularly photograph our work before and after cleaning, and we may use those photographs on this website, in our gallery, and on our social media to show the results we get. These photos show the property, not people, and we do not publish the customer’s name or street address alongside them.
If you would prefer that photos of your property not be used in our marketing, just tell us — before, during, or after the job — and we will not use them. You can reach us at 727-992-8902 or amazingyoucleaning@gmail.com.
Quote requests that do not become jobs are kept for a limited period in case you come back to us. Customer and job records are kept as long as needed to service the account and to meet our tax, accounting, and insurance obligations.
You may ask us to delete your information, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for one of those legal or accounting reasons.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including working with established providers that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are marketed to property owners. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will respond to reasonable requests.
