The terms that apply when you book exterior cleaning with us.
These terms apply to exterior cleaning services provided by Amazing You Cleaning, a family-owned Florida limited liability company operating in Pasco and Pinellas counties. Booking a service with us means you agree to what follows. If anything here is unclear, call us before the work starts and we will talk it through.
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the information available at the time — the surfaces described, the size and condition of the property, and any photos provided.
If conditions at the property turn out to be materially different from what was described, we will tell you before proceeding and either confirm a revised price with you or, if you prefer, cancel the job at no charge. We will not perform additional chargeable work without your approval.
Exterior cleaning depends on the weather. Rain, high wind, lightning, and freezing conditions can make soft washing and sealing unsafe or ineffective, and paver and travertine sealing in particular requires dry surfaces and a dry forecast.
We may reschedule a job for weather or safety at no penalty to you, and we will contact you as early as we reasonably can. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment so we can offer the slot to another customer.
So the crew can work safely and efficiently, please make sure we have access to the areas being cleaned, and to an outdoor water spigot if the job requires one.
Before we arrive, please close all windows and doors, remove or secure fragile and personal items from the work area, keep pets indoors, and let us know about anything we should be aware of — loose siding, damaged screens, failing seals, active leaks, a well or septic system, or delicate plantings.
You do not need to be home, as long as we have the access described above and a way to reach you if a question comes up.
Cleaning reveals what is underneath. Oxidized or chalking paint, failing caulk, aged or brittle screen mesh, loose or damaged shingles, deteriorated grout or mortar, and previously damaged surfaces may become more visible after cleaning, and in some cases a surface that was already failing can be disturbed by the cleaning process itself.
We inspect before we begin and will raise anything we notice. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for the deterioration of materials that were already at the end of their service life. Where we believe a surface cannot be cleaned safely, we will tell you rather than proceed.
We match the method to the material. Roofs, siding, screens, and other delicate surfaces are cleaned by soft washing — low pressure combined with eco-friendly, biodegradable solutions. Higher pressure is reserved for hard surfaces such as concrete driveways, patios, and sidewalks that can take it.
We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping, including rinsing plants before and after treatment where appropriate.
Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due on completion of the work. Sealing projects and larger jobs may require a deposit, which we will make clear in the quote before you commit.
We will tell you what payment methods we accept when we schedule the work.
We want you to be satisfied with the result. If you believe an area was missed or not properly cleaned, contact us promptly — ideally within a few days of the work, while the condition can still be assessed — and we will come back and look at it.
Sealer performance and how long a clean surface stays clean depend on conditions we do not control: shade and tree cover, irrigation and run-off, drainage, traffic, and Florida weather. Cleaning and sealing are maintenance, not a permanent treatment, and re-growth of algae and mildew over time is normal and expected.
Amazing You Cleaning is licensed and insured. We carry insurance appropriate to the work we perform, and proof of coverage is available on request.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may photograph our work before and after cleaning and use those photographs in our gallery, on this website, and on social media. We do not publish customer names or street addresses with them. If you would rather we did not use photos of your property, just tell us and we will not.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect is the one published on this page on the date of your service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
